Real Breton fisherman's house, recently renovated of 69 square meters, which can accommodate 4 people.
70 meters from the seaside at the end of the street, located in the quiet and authentic area of the rocks of St Guénolé.
Ideally located 1 km from Pors Carn and its fine sandy beach (swimming, relaxing and surfing) and the unmissable restaurant "Chez Marie-Cath" and its famous Kouigns
600 meters away from the shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bars-restaurants etc.) and the fishing port of Saint Guénolé, 4 Kms away from the surfing spot of La Torche.
At 2.5 kms, you will climb the 307 steps of the famous Eckmühl lighthouse.
The house has 6 beds,
Upstairs:
1 double bedroom upstairs (double bed 160*200, new mattress)
On the ground floor:
You will find a nice living space, with dining area for 4 people and lounge area with 2 sofas, a fireplace, as well as a fully equiped kitchen.
An independent bedroom with 2 beds (140 x 190 and 140 x 200), 1 of which is on the mezzanine (high quality matress) with separate access.
A shower room and separate toilets complete the equipment of the house.
Guests can enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace and a totally closed garden. Private parking (off-road).
