Come and discover this charming house located in Penmarch, in South Finistère just a few metres from the sea. You will appreciate its garden ideal for enjoying a barbecue, as well as its beautiful sea view from the living room.
Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this house accessible by stairs can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon your arrival you will discover the living area with its lounge corner equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a television and a stove, ideal for moments of relaxation in front of a film or to admire the sea view. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living area and well equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal. You can have your meals indoors, or take advantage of the table set up on the terrace.
In the garden, the lounge and sun loungers will be perfect for you to relax and spend enjoyable moments together.
On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed (140/200)
A bathroom (shower and toilet) as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
You will be able to park your vehicle for free in the available public spaces on the street. A private garage is at your disposal for storing bicycles.
