About this house rental
This stunning 3000sf church house is on a 150 acres estate is in the heart of the Chianti region near Greve in Chianti and Panzano, secluded at the end of its white road. The estate dates back to the 16th Century and has just been refurbished, guest can enjoy true Tuscan style, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with stunning views in every direction. The church house has the use of the estate facilities: a large infinity pool and tennis court, shared with the other 2 properties on the estate, meals are served in the white villa on the estate on request prior to arrival.
The estate and has 3 guest villas on the vast park, each with theirs own entrance and garden. The church house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, alfresco dining area.
Large infinity salt pool 18x8 and tennis court, bocce court, lounges.
There is everything you need for the perfect Tuscan holiday.
The walls are 1 meter thick so the villas are nice and cool with wooden colonial style ceiling fans, there are aircon units available on request.
Alessandra and her husband Martino run the estate and live in the white villa. Alessandra is a passionate cook and her husband Martino is passionate about his vineyards. For larger groups further guest bedrooms can be available on the estate upon request.
Chef services available if booked in advance. Most of the products used in the kitchen, are from our garden, including our extra virgin olive oil and of course wine!
