Villa "Tenuta Vallegaia" is located in Rosignano Marittimo, in a secluded setting perfect for a getaway with sea views. The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, a lounge, a cinema room, a billiard room, 8 bedrooms (6 with air conditioning and 2 with fans), 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 25 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and 2 cots available.
Outside, you will find a private area with a fenced pool (swimming is forbidden for children under 14 unless accompanied by an adult), a hot tub, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. There is also a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch. The property is set in a beautiful location with 4 hectares of olive groves.
Connections to the islands of Elba and Capraia, as well as to the historic centers of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, while Volterra is 30 km away.
