About this house rental
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, over 2k square feet. Perfect location and layout to house entire families. This private home is on 5 wooded acres is meticulously maintained and appointed.
The family room (incl. wood burning open fireplace), dining, large screened porch (incl. wood burning open fireplace) and kitchen are oh-so-cozy. Main suite on ground level with king bed and bathroom is privately tucked away, and on the second level there are two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with twins and trundles. Large open air front porch with porch swings and rockers. Fenced backyard.
The gated Clifftops amenities include hiking trails, community swimming pool, lake with beach, tennis and pickleball, and community playground / basketball goal. Note: pictures show lake in community but this home is not located on the lake itself; community beach is about 1.2 miles away from home.
Clifftops is convenient to Sewanee's University of the South - just ~15 minutes away with convenient access to interstate 24.

We loved our visit to Sewanee and enjoyed our stay in this rental property. The house was very close to the university, there were plenty of deer to be seen on our way in and out of Clifftops, and it was a quiet, peaceful location. We also really appreciated the flexibility of our hostess, as she allowed us to check in early and made our day much easier.

My husband, brother and I spent the weekend and had a couple of friends for Thanksgiving dinner. I have stayed in Clifftops many times and love looing out the window and seeing trees. The only downside was the weather was too cold to sit in the porches.
