With ample space for families or group of friends, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas, my home provides everything you need for a memorable vacation.
When you enter my home through the double entry door you will see the bright, wide hallway with high ceiling and lots of portlights, a bright and airy living space adorned with modern furnishings and coastal decor. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends.
The 4 well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an in suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer 1 king-sized,2 double sized wit a laundry in suite, 1 bunk sized beds and ample storage spaces for your belongings. The second bathroom is conveniently located to serve the other bedrooms.
Step outside to discover your own private oasis! The backyard boasts a sparkling heated swimming pool with a bubbly Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing on those warm Florida days. Lounge on the sun-drenched patio, fire up the grill for a barbecue, or simply unwind with a refreshing drink in hand.
My home is ideally located just 5 min drive from the renowned Dania Beach Pier, where you can soak up the sun, go fishing, or enjoy a leisurely stroll along beach, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, walking distance to Dania Beach Casino. Explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Dania Beach and Dania Pointe.

Laundry room, 3 Parking Spots on the Driveway, 1 huge heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a Beautiful Patio on the Backyard with furniture and 1 BBQ Grill.
Garage is not available for my guests.
