Living room 33 m²: 46-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVR and Blu-ray player, home theater subwoofer system with iPod/iPhone connection, DVD/CD player, radio, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Sofa, dining area, built-in kitchen, large wardrobe (240 cm).
Sleeping area: 2 raised, open-footed, separate single beds or beds that can be pushed together, with beautiful bedding, extra blankets, and pillows. Both beds measure L x W 200 x 90 cm with adjustable slatted frames.
Built-in kitchen: Oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, ceramic cooktop, dish towels, dishes, pots, spices, Tupperware, etc.

Bathroom 6 m²: Raised toilet and sink, shower, towels, makeup mirror, hair dryer, shelves.
Storage closet 2 m²: empty.

There is a nearby grocery store for daily needs, offering bread and meat products, etc., three different restaurants and two bistros, a Sparkasse ATM, and the bus stop (Line #71) with free local transit.

Especially for our hiking and cycling enthusiasts, we offer a full range of elevations right from our doorstep. We’re happy to serve as your base for active mountain sports in our expansive region—from health walks and mountain hikes to high-alpine adventures.
