Updates to the home are well done and it is very clean. I needed a place close to Avera McKennan hospital to visit my aunt, and this house is across the street! Not super close to restaurants and other things to do, but I was ok taking lyft or walking. Plenty of space as well. Bath towels were SO soft and I love that there were Kleenex there - I always need them and most vrbos don't have them! As a suggestion, I did feel like some softer touches would be good - a throw blanket for the couch, extra blanket for beds, inexpensive headboards, pictures/art of some kind on the walls in the bedrooms and bathroom. Lock on back door was kind of weird - you can't tell if it's locked from the inside because it opens every time you try the handle, and I couldn't get the code to work from outside; I just used the front door. Quiet (except occasional train) neighborhood. Overall great value.

Check in was a breeze, the house was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having the whole house to ourselves.
