Imagine this: You arrive with your boat and securely park it in a fenced yard located just 100 yards away from a convenient boat ramp. The property also features a floating dock for your convenience. No more driving around searching for a suitable parking spot or worrying about the safety of your boat. With our fenced yard and nearby boat ramp, you can have peace of mind and enjoy your boating experience to the fullest.
Our property provides multiple amenities for your enjoyment. You can park your vehicle under our covered parking area and relax in a seating area with a fire pit. For additional entertainment, we have a 20' x 40' upstairs screened area equipped with a TV, bar, refrigerator, ice maker, black stone and seating. You can also have fun with our kayaks and corn hole game and use our grill for barbecuing. We provide a large outdoor shower and water hose if you need to clean your boat while docked.
The area is accessible by golf cart and features a paved trail that leads to Keaton Beach. You can enjoy stunning sunsets from multiple locations.
The accommodation features a comfortable king-size bed and a queen pull-out bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. You can enjoy your favorite beverages using either the standard 12-cup coffee maker or the Keurig provided. Dish soap, dish rags, and a drying pad are available for your convenience. You don't have to worry about bringing your own coffee, tea, or hot chocolate as they are also provided. The kitchen is stocked with high-quality cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, and seasonings to add flavor to your meals. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided as well to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Minutes from steinhatchee, gas station and restaurants.
