This is anew property very good location. This property was still being upgraded. All major attractions are just minutes away.And there are many restaurants in a few minutes.

This was a pleasant stay. 15-20 min walk to most common sites. Quiet at night. Good for sleeping. Great local restaurants nearby. Miró was very good.

Being a newer listing we thought we'd take a chance booking this apartment based on the pictures. PROS: The apartment itself is fine, comfortable bed, plenty of space for 6 people, 1 bathroom. It's all updated and clean. Air-conditioning works great. The bedroom has a king bed and it was perfectly comfortable. It seems all the beds in Europe are more firm. The kitchen had the basics: a microwave, double hot plate, fridge. We didn't use anything but the microwave for 1 minute. It's a 15 min walk into the center. Grocery store, bakery, and restaurants near by. Now the CONS: Definitely get a taxi to the apartment as the public transportation isn't near... we never saw it. Upon leaving we took a taxi from the apartment to the train station. The washer/dryer was a bust and didn't work at all. We were told there are electrical issues. After our first load got locked in the washer and they helped open it and get them washed, we were also told other arrangements could be made to do laundry and when we asked, there was no reply. Communication was awful! From beginning to end it was LACKING and slow. The only time responsed fairly quickly was the day we arrived. We gave notice we were arriving later in the evening and a 30euro fee was being charged. We were fine to pay. It was not convenient to check-in as someone must meet you. NO LIFT! Make sure you don't need assistance to climb 3 flights of stairs. Located on a very noisy street.
