About this house rental
A high-quality (**** DTV) semi-detached house (built in 2010) — 85 square meters — for 6 (2) people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, and a fireplace. The house offers a view of the water and features 2 terraces. There are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 of which has a double bed in an alcove (loft). Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and sink; one has a shower and the other has a bathtub. One bathroom also provides access to the sauna. The house is ideal for anglers, surfers, sailors, kiteboarders, cyclists, and nature lovers. Additionally, bicycles are available for free use, and a rowboat can be rented for a fee. The natural beach is located 50 meters away. Wi-Fi is available. The municipality charges a visitor’s tax per person per night.
Utility costs are not included and will be billed based on usage.
A 150 security deposit is due upon arrival. One-time cleaning fee of 95.

The upper floor features 3 separate, self-contained bedrooms with double beds. One of these bedrooms features an additional sleeping loft/alcove that sleeps two.
A bathroom with a tub and toilet is also located on this floor.
The vacation home is located in Neuendorf near Saal.
Neuendorf is located near the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.
Thanks to its quiet location, the vacation home is perfect for relaxing.
The small harbor and natural beach are just 50 meters away. This makes it an ideal spot for swimming.
During the summer months, the bistro in the harbor is open, and a mobile bakery comes to the harbor.
