No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Wonderfully clean, awesome view and location, terrific communication and support from the host. The beds were a bit firm, but everything was perfect other than that. Will definitely stay here again in the future when we're in the Toronto area.

Great stay! Well located and totally spotless. Perfect instructions for access and attentive communication with hosts. Well equipped. Views are excellent from the windows and large sunny balcony. Safe building and secure parking. Security/concierge are all pleasant and helpful. We will be back!

Great location. Close to the subway that got us all over Toronto. Steps from a great grocery store. Walkable to several restaurants. Place was in great condition and had everything we needed. Nice views from the patio
