About this house rental
You'll love this attractively furnished, well equipped, light & airy two-story home with spectacular ocean views. Kick back on the large sun deck with built-in benches overlooking the ocean. This is the place for rest and relaxation!

Location:
Your beach vacation rental is located approximately 2.7 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which is an easy drive to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

We stayed at the Shorebird for spring break with our teenage kids and fur baby. The house was as described with recent updates and improvements. Great location, peaceful and quiet for a family retreat. The large deck was perfect for our family.

We loved the location, loved the house the only negative was the living room furniture. It was very uncomfortable! We rented for 2 weeks but came home 1 night early for that reason. Everything else was perfect.
