🔏 Security Deposit: A $1000 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property: This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products: Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles: Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events: This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

• A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies per stay

We felt very comfortable here! The view was gorgeous as we were able to see the sunrise and beautiful sunsets. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the huge TV in the living room and the ability to sit at the sofa table to eat meals. The main bed was very comfortable! We were very happy here and plan to come back next year!

Great beach house right on the water. The layout was nice and the location was great. Exactly what you need for a relaxing beach vacation.The only downside to the house is that the kitchen is not very well supplied. If you have more than a few people, you will need paper plates...Otherwise everything was great.
