About this house rental
Introducing a captivating modern retreat nestled in the heart of West Tisbury on Martha's Vineyard. Newly built (to be completed in May 2024), this stunning home embodies a bold and beautiful modern design, seamlessly blending architectural elegance with contemporary luxury. With 3 king size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a spacious loft, this home offers ample space for a family or group seeking an island escape. The property is situated on 3.5-acre parcel, providing an oasis of privacy and tranquility.
The space
You can sit out on the front porch for morning coffee or have drinks and hors d’oeuvres on the enclosed screened porch and watch the sunset overlooking the marsh.
First floor master suite has a vaulted ceiling, concrete floors, king size bed, en-suite marble with a walk-in shower as well as an outdoor shower. The other two suites are also located on the first floor and include vaulted ceilings, spacious closets, and a private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Second floor is included in the communal space and has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and two couch beds that are perfect for children or two singles.

Beautiful high-end kitchen fully stocked. Adjacent dining area and an enclosed screen porch with ample space to read and relax.
