Home features include heated pool (with additional fee), hot tub, game room, and fully stocked kitchen. Huge master bedroom retreat with separate sitting area and access to backyard. Great location just minutes to downtown Fountain Hills and Fountain Park. Great area for golfing, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Booking Party must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
No local bookings with out prior consent or at least 3 5 star reviews.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management for a pool safety notice.
Pool heating from the Months of October-May. $40 per day or $250 per week Guest must request pool to be heated 72 hours prior to stay to allow time for heating.

Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA’s and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is amazing! We loved the pool, beautiful, fun and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, house had all the necessities, we just had an amazing time, wish our stay would've been longer. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was spacious which was great for our memorial get together with family. The master bed was not good, the only firm part of the mattress was 6 inches on each side of the bed. The beds in the other rooms were ok. The glass doors on 2 of the bedroom could use blinds on them. There were some outlets in the second bathroom and master bathroom that did not work. Some of the lamps did not work, not sure due to outlets, lightbulbs, etc. The ripped up lounge chairs on the patio could be removed. We did not use the hot tub as there was a pretty bad smell when the lid was lifted.
The pool was great and we enjoyed it!
