This is how you vacation at the beach. Perched on the top floor, our modern and stylish 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment offers an unforgettable beachfront experience. Wake up to glorious sunrises over the ocean and end your day with stunning sunset views over the bay.

• The oversized living area features wall-to-wall glass, bringing the incredible ocean and beach views directly into your bright, airy space.
• Step out onto your large private balcony to feel the sea breeze.
• The updated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals with a view.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Your stay includes:
• Seamless self-check-in with a smart lock; a unique door code will be provided for your stay.
• Direct beach access, putting the sand and surf just steps away.
The Neighborhood:
Walk to Dead Freddie's, Longboard Cafe, Fager's Island, Alley Oops, and all of the great midtown hot spots

• To ensure a smooth arrival, you must sign the digital renter agreement after booking. Arrival instructions and your door code cannot be sent until the agreement is signed.

This condo is one of our favorites; very clean and comfortable, perfect location, right on the beach! The bed is very comfortable and the sofa is very nice. Our host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will keep coming back here!
