About this apartment rental
This pleasant and charming accommodation will offer you a quiet stay near the beautiful village of Vero.
Its geographical position is perfect for oscillating between the hustle and bustle of the coast and the calm of the mountains.
Located 40 minutes from the straw huts of Ajaccio or 30 minutes from the Col de Vizzavona and its GR20.
Many activities are easily accessible: canyoning, tree climbing, animal park, hiking, river corners or idyllic beaches... We will be able to advise you!
ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodations are located on the first floor of a building anchored in nature, with its modern atmosphere combining living comfort and rustic Mediterranean style.
Ideal for 4 travellers, it has a 70 square metre terrace surrounding the entire apartment.
In total immersion in nature, you will be immersed between the view of the upper Gravona valley and the family vegetable garden. (Access to the vegetable garden is not allowed but a visit will be possible on request for the most curious).
The bathroom can offer you a moment of relaxation with its old bathtub and walk-in shower giving a view of the entire apartment to the outside.
Both bedrooms have a 160x200 bed and small storage wardrobes. A dedicated workspace will be accessible in one of them.
The open kitchen will give you the opportunity to cook and serve dishes directly to your guests on the island that can accommodate 4 or more people outside.
In the living room a 4k TV will be at your disposal as well as a wood stove for stays in the winter season with a dining area.

- Terrace: electric barbecue, aperitif/relaxation area.
WE PROVIDE BED LINEN, TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, BODY SOAP AND SHAMPOO.

- PETS ARE NOT WELCOME.
- NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS.
- 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.
- BETWEEN 10:30 P.M. AND 8:30 A.M. PEACE MUST BE KEPT IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE CLOSE NEIGHBORHOOD.
- NO CIGARETTES INSIDE.
- THE PREMISES MUST BE RESPECTED AND RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE FOUND.
- HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING MUST BE USED WINDOWS AND DOORS CLOSED.
- LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING MUST BE TURNED OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES.
- MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THE PREMISES IN YOUR ABSENCE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT AND ANY DAMAGE WHEN THIS CLAUSE IS NOT RESPECTED.
- ONLY THROW TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET AND ONLY USE PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE WITH SEPTIC TANKS.
