Characterful detached cottage converted from the old stables @ The Old Vicarage, Boynton.
Two en suite bedrooms, Aga Rayburn range, wood burning stove and underfloor heating
We are two miles from the coast with vast sandy beaches and cliff top walks and a short drive to Flamborough Head & Bempton Cliffs
The cottage is spacious, and characterful with comfortable beds, quality mattresses and linens.
There is a furnished private patio as well as shared use of the gardens @ The Old Vicarage
The space
Stable Cottage is arranged on two levels with an open plan kitchen diner, utility/ drying room and separate sitting room on the ground floor. The sitting room has a wonderful granite stone fireplace with wood burning stove and two comfortable sofas. The whole of the downstairs has a sandstone floor with cosy underfloor heating.
Upstairs there is a landing area with reading corner and single bed as well as two en suite bedrooms.
The larger bedroom has a king size bed, wool carpeted floor and en suite shower room.
The smaller bedroom with quirky internal window and original wooden floorboards has a wet room with shower.
Both bedrooms have ample storage, TVs and are decorated in comfortable country style.
Quality cotton percale bedding, down duvets and luxury mattresses ensure a great nights sleep.
The cottage has underfloor heating as well as a wood burning stove in the sitting room ( one basket of wood included )
The kitchen Rayburn range warms the cottage and can be used for cooking .
It is switched on mid October to mid /late March.
There is an additional 2 plate induction hob, microwave, small oven, freezer and dishwasher.
Parking is outside your cottage and bikes can be stored in the outbuildings.

For bookings of two people only the larger bedroom is made up.
If you would like to use both bedrooms there is an extra cleaning / linen fee of £30 per stay payable on site
