Each of the 10 apartments in our apartment house has a balcony or terrace with a stunning view of the Lechtal mountain panorama and the over 200 m long suspension bridge, one of the many sights and excursion destinations in the Lechtal Nature Park.
Pepi's Suites Lechtal Apartments have been individually designed, it welcomes you with a tasteful combination of modern design and quaint traditional chalet style. All apartments have been lovingly furnished with high-quality and ecological building materials, comfortable old wood and luxurious fabrics and meet the highest standard for a perfect holiday.
After an active day of skiing, cross-country skiing or hiking, coming home is a pleasure. A large cosy living room with dining area, LED flat screens, a cuddly soft sofa and the flickering Aquaflame fireplace immediately awaken a feeling of well-being.

The bedrooms in our holiday apartments are fully equipped. In the new box spring beds you will sleep as if on clouds. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a spacious and stylishly furnished bathroom with shower or bathtub and a separate toilet.
Pepi's Suites are ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Holzgau. There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
During your stay at Pepi's Suites Lechtal Apartments in Holzgau, you will also benefit from the proximity to one of the best ski areas in the world: Lech / Zürs / St. Anton / St. Christoph / Stuben / Warth / Schröcken. The ski area on the Arlberg with over 350 kilometres of slopes and 400 kilometres of freeride can be easily reached in a few minutes by ski bus.
The ski bus stops right next to the house. Ski and hiking buses are free of charge for the guests of our apartment house, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
Whether you want to rent skis, snowboards or a bike or need sportswear, you will find everything at Sport Strobl on the first floor of Pepi's Suites. We are also happy to welcome you to our 2nd sports shop and ski rental in Warth (directly at the lifts)! Dear guests, don't forget to take advantage of the 10% discount that we grant to all our guests!
You are welcome to dry your ski boots in the state-of-the-art drying room. In Warth, we also offer our guests the opportunity to store skis in our depot for the next day of skiing, it couldn't be more convenient!
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 00:00 and departure from 01:00 to 11:00.
