The costs for electricity (0.45 EUR per kWh for electric floor heating and hot water) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or, for gas connections (1.50 EUR per cubic meter), will be billed upon departure based on actual usage.
Pets are welcome upon request for an additional 10.00 € per day.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. Would you still like to avoid having to do laundry after your vacation? Then book our combined laundry package (includes a bed linens package and a towel package) for €17.25 per person. Individual prices: Bedding package €11.75 and towel package (one shower towel and one hand towel each) €7.75 per person.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
