The costs for electricity (0.45 EUR per kWh for electric floor heating and hot water) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or, for gas connections (1.50 EUR per cubic meter), will be billed upon departure based on actual usage.
Pets can be accommodated upon request for 10.00 € per day.
