Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schönes Grundstück mit mehreren Schattenplätzen, 2 Liegestühle vorhanden. Der Standort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Bademöglichkeiten auch schnell erreichbar.

Die Einrichtung und das allgemeine Ambiente. Der Service durch die Hausverwaltung war erstklassig und das Pin-Pad an der Eingangstür ersetzt hervorragend einen Schlüssel, der sonst verloren gehen könnte.
Im Allgemeinen war die Unterkunft sauber. Es wäre jedoch vorteilhaft, wenn der Kühlschrank bereits eingeschaltet ist am Tag der Anreise. Außerdem sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass an Heizkörpern und in den Raumecken die vorhandenen Spinnweben zuverlässig entfernt werden.
