2 parking spaces, storage room for bicycles. The garage can only be used as a storage room!

First floor: Living room with separate dining area
Digital satellite TV, stereo system
New modern kitchen: (dishwasher, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment,
convection oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, built-in microwave)
Ample kitchen appliances and dishes are provided (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo, etc.)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200) on the first floor
Shower room + toilet + washing machine
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm
1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90 cm x 200 cm (serves as a walk-through room)

All floor coverings are wipeable!
2 dogs allowed; each dog costs a one-time fee of 40 euros.
Tourist tax is payable on site.
Outdoor sauna available for a fee: 4 euros per hour.
