House was exactly as described. Sits on a nice quiet, cul-de-sac, a fantastic pool area with outdoor seating and a great grill. It’s perfect to have the master suite separate from the guest rooms. The kitchen had plenty of room with both an eat-in area and countertop seating. Also including a nice TV area and the laundry room right off the kitchen. This house was perfect for a family vacation. Quick 10 minute drive to the beach and very close to downtown Naples restaurants. Communication was always quick and easy. Great place to stay for a Naples vacation!

We love the quiet neighborhood, close to everything! The house is very well appointed, and the pool is a plus! The property owner is great to work with and check-in and checkout is very easy,

Marek, our host, was wonderful. He sent us all of our check in information prior to our arrival so it was seamless. He was so organized and responsive! The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed-comfortable bed and sheets. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, even bikes.
