Had a wonderful stay, our 4th time on Briarwood and without doubt this was the best Villa yet. Good communications with Marek. The unit is well equipped with a lovely interior. Pool is great for all ages & the location is perfect for exploring all of Naples.

This was our 2nd visit to Briarwood, it took 6 years to get back after COVID, its a beautiful community. The owner Marek is a pleasure to deal with, quick to communicate and understanding. The house is very comfortable, has everything you need, the pool area gets all day sun but you can retreat to the shaded outdoor dining table if need be. You are close to downtown, the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Great vacation!!!

Quiet, serene and relaxing was the stay. Property was very clean and well equipped.Marek is a very responsive host. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples.
