Welcome to Island Life! This coastal retreat offers modern comforts (8-9 guests, 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 4.5 bath, 2,930 sq. ft. built in 2023) This spacious, open, airy modern design is perfect for entertaining. There is so much attention to detail - vaulted ceilings, gas range, stone countertops and high end cabinetry. TVs and full length mirrors in every bedroom, large family room and electric fireplace for ambience, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with wet bar. Just 6 blocks from the ocean, steps away from Island Greenway Walk/Bike Trail & Mike Chappell Park, (off-street trails, parks and scenic areas),10-acre park and has something for everyone in the family, it is equipped with two tennis courts (Pickle Ball), basketball court, playground equipment, baseball, soccer field, skate park (newly renovated 8,000 sq. ft. skate park is complete with ramps, rails, and bowls). Some of the best fishing spots and extensive hiking trails. Great restaurants and shopping nearby, 8 miles to the NC aquarium at Ft. Fisher, and 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington. Enjoy Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wrightsville Beach and Willington Beach.

BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 (Master downstairs) King Bed; Bedroom 2 King Bed; Bedroom 3 Queen Bed; Bedroom 4 Bunk Beds (1 full, 1 twin). Each bedroom is complete with full size bathrooms, ample closet space and TVs. Full length mirrors in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Please note, one closet is locked up in master bath for owner's belongings, if you need to hang long dresses there is a spacious closet in entry hallway. Small room for baby with portable crib, jungle gym, infant tub, high chair.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar, cooking basics and more, dishware, glassware, flatware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, dish towels, starter paper products, napkins, paper towels and trash bags.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, central A/C & heating, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, linens & bath towels, beach towels, starter laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash, hangers, 4 hair dryers, 2 make up mirrors, iron/ironing board, keyless entry.
PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles)
GUEST ACCESS: Self-check-in with keyless entry upon arrival. You will find a smart lock at the front door and a code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
OTHER: The large, flat yard is nicely landscaped and has an outdoor shower, high end brand new grill, four lounge chairs.
Exterior cameras are placed at the front door and outside in the front.

Definitely a 5-star rating! The house was great for our group of teens and parents. Good space for lounging during the heat of the day and spaces to gather together or get some separation (important with occasionally moody teens). Beach access was a reasonable walk or short drive to public parking. We definitely recommend this home to others.

The property was awesome, from check in to check out everything was smooth and Sharon even provided a list of local recommendations which was very helpful. We would definitely book this property again!

We booked this house for our vacation to Carolina beach. We could not be happier with everything. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, there’s a big beautiful park just 2 blocks away for dogs and pickleball and everything in between. It’s such a short trip to the beach or to the boardwalk/ carnival games and rides. We went into this trip more focused on Wilmington and this house and the beach just pulled us right in. Every morning was a quick coffee run and then off to the beach. So many places to eat and shop and really get that ocean vibe. The town is super clean and it’s such an oasis, this house bing apart of it all. In the past we rented homes that were really cluttered and felt like you were staying over a friends house instead of actually renting a house for vacation. Not this house! Walking in u instantly feel just how much room you have. Large laundry room and a nice wide hallway that leads to a gorgus living room and kitchen with enough room for anything. The bedrooms were all gorgeous and there is more than enough bathrooms for everyone. The house was beyond clean (that’s always a must for us). There is a back patio with lounge chairs and a killer grill. There’s even a place upstairs for babies and there’s even a high chair for the dinner table. We just felt there was lots of thought put into this rental for our comfort. Overall it was just an amazing trip and we feel this house really played a big part in that. Definitely coming back here as soon as we can!!
