Located in Waterford home of the Eugene Oneill Center , very close to the United States Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College , downtown mystic and Mohegan and Foxwoods Casinos . This beautiful home is above Hoelcks Florist and is handicap accessible with a stair lift, handicap shower and has a beautiful back deck overlooking the woods for privacy, this is a 1200 sq ft 2 large bedrooms, bath with washer and dryer. Large long living room with a very spacious kitchen! You will feel like you’re at home during your stay. This home is set back in a residential neighborhood with 14 wooded acres behind it, perfectly located and convenient! Fenced in back yard for your pets.

One of the nicer VRBO experiences we had. Michael was a great host, he communicated well with us, and was quick to respond to texts & questions. There is a flight of stairs to enter & then everything is on one level. A florist is below and the fresh smell of flowers radiates the entrance to the back deck area. The place was fully stocked and the fenced in yard made traveling with dogs easy. Convenient location to beaches, and eateries. The WiFi was a little slow but was fine for our needs.

Such a nice place! Conveniently located, great house, and so many fun little surprises inside: the deck, the amazing adjustable bed, comfy sofas, TVs everywhere, and other fun gems throughout. Really fun place to stay.

The home was spotless,cozy,and incredibly easy to check into. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and quick to offer help or local tips whenever we needed anything. The location couldn't have been better- super close to all the sights we wanted to explore.It made everything so convenient. We felt right at home the entire stay and would definitely book again for another relaxing escape!
