About this house rental
This waterfront home is available for a seasonal rental from September to May only (9 month lease). Our 3 bedroom-2 bathroom home, located directly on the Niantic River/Bay has been in our family for 3 generations; it is our place to create memories and find our Zen. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are just a quick drive or bike ride to Main Street in Niantic Village with all of its glorious restaurants, cafes, shops, breweries, and beaches.
You will have your own private deep water dock and beach to fish, swim, and find keepsake seashells. The large patio with outdoor lounge and dinning furniture, grill and gas fire pit allows you to enjoy meals with stunning views of the water. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and furnishings updated. This is a fully equipped and furnished home with linens, kitchen necessities, washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings and a delightful upstairs screen-in porch for reading and/or evening cocktails. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the upstairs guest bedroom can be configured as a king or two twin beds, and the downstairs bedroom is a loft twin bed over a full bed, with a twin pull out trundle. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. There is also an outdoor shower off of the patio.
Other amenities include: new bathrooms, central air-conditioning, wifi-access, firestick and streaming for the TV in the living rooms, and off street parking for 2 cars.
We will consider friendly doggies for an additional fee.
