About this house rental
🏡 Our bourgeois / millstone style house is located 20 minutes from Paris by metro, in the heart of the village district of Gennevilliers, with no neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no vis-à-vis.
🚊The village district is very well served by transport (the house is 1 minute walk from the tram).
The metro, bus, RER are also available to go to Saint-Denis, Nanterre or Paris to easily access the various major places of the Olympic Games.
🛍🏪Also, you have all the shops of the city within 5 minutes walk (bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, mini-market, restaurants, doctor's office, etc...)
🛋The house has large living rooms (living room of 40m2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are 20m2) and a high ceiling of 3m2. All bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels for all guests.
☕️For your breakfast, the kitchen is fully equipped kettle, tassimo, toaster.. Not to mention the must-haves of the kitchen fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave..
🏓 Finally, the exteriors are composed of a covered terrace of 70m2 (cozy corner, barbecue area, pingpong table...), a unique secret garden in the heart of the city and a parking lot. You can easily park 2 cars. A toilet is available on the terrace and the house can be accessed through 2 separate entrances (via the porch and via the terrace).
