Ideally located on one side facing the Lac du Der and its (access on foot) and on the other side facing the bocage and the river where you will have the pleasure of seeing different birds and our famous common crane.
This is a new house with garage located in the charming village of Sainte Marie du Lac Nuisement, on a plot of about 3500 m2 with a large parking space in front (possibility to park boat and boat) and a terrace at the back.
