Condo being remodeled!! All new Painting, flooring, appliances etc., updated photos coming soon. (2025) Third floor beach front unit. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have a Full bed and a Twin in each as well as share a hallway bathroom. This building features one complex elevator, which is 10 steps up from the ground to the elevator. Then the elevator takes you up to the higher floors. Assigned parking. Great Ocean Views.Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
