This beautiful well maintained condo is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Isle City. Walk outside the front door and admire the ocean, as you are steps away from the beach and promenade and walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. This nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit is on the top floor of the building (3rd floor) and is accessed by two different stairwells or by the shared elevator. The hurricane-proof windows provide a quiet space that is still in the center of town. 1 Bedroom has a King, Another Bedroom has a Queen and the Third Bedroom has a set of Full Bunks (Full over Full) The building has an elevator and 1 car parking (city permit) as well as supplies 4 beach tags but Not guaranteed. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY - CHECK LEASE Linens and Towels are Not Provided. This is the place youll want to bring your family again and again especially if you like to be close to the beach and close to activities. Ideal location to everything Sea Isle! Our favorite spot! Easy check in, nice clean condo with an elevator and nicely equipped kitchen. It’s relatively quiet too given the proximity to night life establishments. Highly recommend!
