MAIN FLOOR
The spacious main floor includes a large open living room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable dining room that can seat18, fully equipped luxury kitchen, breakfast nook, large pantry, powder room, and laundry room. Another wood burning fireplace, tv and gas grill are on the large, attached deck with seating for dining under the stars.

Wake up to a view of the lake from the primary bedroom or go to sleep to the gas fireplace. The large bathroom has an exceptionally Large openseparate shower and free-standing tub.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor looks out at the lake and has three bedrooms ensuite with TVs, two with king size beds and one with two queen beds. One of these bedrooms has a wheelchair accessible shower. There is also an office with a deck, a tiered media room and a powder room.

BASEMENT
The fully finished basement is where the fun begins! A bunk room with 2 bunk beds sleeps 4 or 5 in one of the full size bottom beds and a large full bathroom. A bar and totally equipped kitchen make this a separate living quarters if you desire. On rainy days you can play pool, ping pong, foosball, Pac Man, sing to Karaoke, watch TV on one of the two Roku TVs, use the gym equipment, or play any of the many games. The attached screened in sleeping porch has two amazingly comfortable twin size swings perfect for naps and an area for shuffleboard or corn hole! On the attached deck is an outdoor covered six-person hot tub that looks out to the waterfall. A crib is available as well as a portable pack n play if needed.

Additionally, we have a pickleball court in the driveway, several lawn games, horesehoes, kayaks, a sup-board, rafts, chairs and a large umbrella for sitting on the dock, a fire pit and more. This house was built for fun!

One of the very best hikes in the area, the High Falls waterfall is 2.5 miles away from The Pines Recreation Area. Many other beautiful hikes for all levels of hiking are nearby, including Panthertown, Yellow Mountain and Whiteside Mountain Trail.

The house is 8.5 miles to the Crossroads in Cashiers, 15 miles to Highlands, 5 miles to Happs Place and 8 miles to the Whiteside Brewing Company.

We have a one week minimum rental at $1700/night. Cleaning is available mid rental for a fee. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed however we have a poodle who joins us when we are there so if you have severe pet allergies, be aware of this. No smoking on property. You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay. SECURITY CAMERAS: Multiple outside security cameras are located around the property with views of the outside of the house. There are 4 outside solar powered security cameras with no sound (1 in front over the entrance facing the driveway, 1 on the side facing the fishpond and 2 in the back on the deck facing the backyard. There is also a typical Ring type doorbell.)
