Open planned living/kitchen with plenty of room for dining either inside or under cover on the carpeted deck.
Modern, fully self contained sleepout with queen size bed and room to bring stretcher bed/air mattress for additional guests upon request.
Plenty of flat lawn space to kick a ball, put up a volleyball net or a tent for the kids to play in.
Room for 4 vehicles and a boat up the driveway, the property can't be seen from the road. External camera is in place for security purposes.
Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer is available.
So much to do in/around Algies Bay; stroll along the beach and up the path to visit the donkeys at Highfield Donkey Reserve, 4k's to Scandrett Historical Homestead and regional park, 12k's to Matakana village and a further 6k's to stunning Omaha Beach.
A cafe, bakery, real fruit ice cream, fish and chips are just of few things on offer just 4k's up the road at Snells Beach village.

Susan was a fabulous host, excellent communication and very helpful. The house is exactly as in the photos, very clean and with everything anyone would need. The indoor/ outdoor area had an every changing view of the bay. We were able to relax outside and then move inside when the weather changed.Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind. It was exactly what we all needed.

The sea view is absolutely stunning and the clever house design ensured this full view was seen from every room in the house, except laundry and bathrooms of course.All the equipment was in good order and so simple and straight forward to use, especially with detergent provided for dishwasher and washing machine.We were 2 elderly couples so the 2 bathrooms were ideal.For the same reason the house plus a separate bedroom and bathroom was ideal for us.
