Trouble picking up keys

Bien ubicado, tranquilo, limpio todo perfecto

La entrada tan tardía. Nos dieron dos toallas por persona, para cuerpo y cabeza, faltaban toallas comunes de manos, al menos dos por baño y que se usa muy a menudo. No entiendo que debamos pagar las toallas a parte cuando ya se está pagando el alojamiento y la limpieza.

We liked the location, very serene, the facilities were clean and spacious, very well-equipped kitchen.

Very hot (which is not ok for restful sleep), no air conditioning (just one mobile cooler that was not properly installed to syphon out the hot air). No instructions were given which entrance our apartment was at, we arrived pretty late and spend 30 minutes to try to locate the entrance by trying out the keys to the different doors, didn't have any instructions also which apartment in the three-storey building we were supposed to be at. Another issue we had was with the deposit -it was clearly stated that the deposit amount will be released upon check-out, which did not happen, we had to argue and they tried to do smth about it after we insisted quite firmly at least to get a cancellation receipt. We still have not had our deposit released, hopefully they will do it, but communication in booking did not match our experience at all.
