A localização é ótima fica perto da estação de St. Laud Angers trens e Ônibus, rua tranquila, na avenida a 80 m tem vários comércios, inclusive um supermecado Carrefour . Tem todos os itens da descrição. Recomendo!

Petit appartement mais les espaces sont très bien aménagés. Suffisant pour 2 adultes.
Le lit n’était pas très longs et mon mari a eu ses jambes qui dépassaient pourtant il ne fait qu’1 m75.

Logement à proximité immédiate de la gare SCNF et routière, et proche toutes commodités (boulangerie, superette, laverie, restau, etc). Le logement est entièrement équipé avec un coin cuisine et tout ces accessoires et électro-ménager pour cuisiner et petit-déjeuner en toute autonomie. Le logement est très propre et la literie confortable.
Le logement est au RDC pignon sur rue. Si vous ouvrez les fenêtres avec les volets grands ouverts, les passants ont vu direct chez vous. Donc c'est volets roulants abaissés en permanence et ventilateur (fourni dans le logement) allumé pour avoir de l'air en toute intimité. La machine à café n'était pas fonctionnelle.
