O quarto estava muito bem decorado, com os utensílios de cozinha, limpo, confortável.
Não tem vaga de garagem e no dia que eu fui, em um final de semana, não localizei estacionamento próximo aberto.

Apartamento impecável. Limpo, bem equipado com tudo que possa precisar, além de serem eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos de primeiríssima linha. Além disso o prédio também é excelente, com lavanderia, mini-market, academia e espaços comuns muito bons.

Apto novo, bem equipado e bem decorado. Cama confortavel e chuveiro muito bom! Apesar de ser um flat é bem espaçoso para um casal, o banheiro tem um tamanho muito bom tambem. Cozinha tem mais do que o necessario ate mesmo para estadias longas. O apto é muito bem localizado. Fácil acesso a pé a rebouças, faria lima e estação de metro. Tem varios restaurantes e mercados perto, alem de academias. A academia do predio é muito boa e atende perfeitamente, com 3 esteiras, bikes e todos os aparelhos basicos e alteres. Alem da lavanderia que tambem atende muito bem.
O apto é muito novo e ainda precisa de algumas adaptações para atender 100% como o ar condicionado que nao estava funcionando totalmente. Mas em conversa com a proprietaria ela informou que esta fazendo os reparos necessarios. Entao acredito que é apenas uma adaptacao do inicio mesmo e com isso ficará impecável.

The system with the code is good, but the listing shows available check in from 3am til 9pm, and the host was very unfriendly when we got there in the morning. She said check-in was only after 3pm even though the listing said something different. she made it sound like she was doing us a favor while we had just planned and booked according to the listing. The rules of the house are also in a very rude tone, focusing on the cost for any minor thing like the use of more than one towel, etc. I don't think the host is prepared to deal with the public. The facility is nice and clean, but there are cracks in the shower and the shower transition is too low so the bathroom floods easily.
