L emplacement près de tous commerces, de la plage, des bus . Appart situé dans une rue pratiquement piétonne

manque de petits ustensiles de cuisine : quelques serviettes en papier, presse fruits, tire bouchon..

First of all the description "seaside" is totally inappropriate. It should say "streetside".
Living in that appartment you basically live ON the street. Even with no window open you hear the people talking beside your bed. And the delivery trucks basically drive through your bed, so the garbage trucks do at 1 am.
Also as the neighborhood is rather poor, you will have the drunks and homeless people talking in their bedroom, which are the benches infront of your window. And btw it is the main street between the beach and the bus stations which add the noisy partycrowds...to your bedroom.
As their is absolutely none noise insulation by the window front it will be all in your room practically. We only slept with very good ear plugs.
The 5 points only as the shower was good haha...
