Tutto ok, buona comunicazione, molto centrale, solo 300m alla spiaggia, il fine settimana non silenziosissimo la notte ma ok perche uso comunque i tappi per le orecchie. Letto non soffice ma neanche troppo duro così come mi piace, nella cucina c'è tutto quello che serve. Il bagno è piccolo ma va bene, ogni tanto si sente l'odore delle fognature ma mi capita spesso a Las Palmas. Wifi buono. Regalo di benvenuto una bottiglia di vino rose e una bottiglia d'acqua. Avrei preferito un piccolo divano anziché il tavolo grande... Non tutti fanno telelavoro (per quelli che lo fanno gli extra saranno graditi), ma guardando bene le foto dell'appartamento si capiva che il divano non c'è e non viene pubblicizzato perciò lo sapevo fin dall'inizio.
Serve internet per accedere la prima volta perche serratura Nuki, per fortuna nell appartamento c'erano anche chiavi normali. Questa cosa non l'avevo letta nell anuncio ma può darsi che c'era scritto.
