AC created weird sounds after couple of hours of work at night so I had to open the balcony door, but the curtains are not blackout and the wind created noise

Great location right on the beach. Very clean, we had a super lady who did an excellent job of our room each day. The breakfast was very varied, lots of different salads, hot dishes, desserts and it was open till 11am. We chose a sea facing room with balcony and it was a really good size, plenty of space for clothes and to store luggage. Settee, small table and a large comfortable bed. Lovely power shower and nice toiletries. A small mini fridge in the room which we could also use to put our own beers in. The pool area was relatively small, however, still a good size to cool off after a hot day sightseeing. The beach is a pebble beach so best to pack beach/water shoes if you don’t like walking on pebbles. The hotel has its own section of beach which is free to use and provides beach towels, beds and an umbrella. We went end of June and although not a big area, there was no rush for beds, you could get down there around 10-11 am and there was still availability.Appreciate this may change in peak season. Good changing rooms and toilets for guests to use on the beach which were kept clean throughout the day. The hotel will arrange taxis for you at a good price. A couple of local supermarkets within a few minutes walk and lots of choices to eat and drink in all within strolling distance. The walk into Budva old town is approx 50 minutes, there is a tunnel which is tricky to find but makes it walkable, a taxi in is about 10 euros.

We haven’t anything bad to say about the property. The area is developing fast so there was some building noise going on. Also, and this is purely personal, the clubbing style music choice by a neighbouring restaurant wasn’t great as it seemed really loud on our balcony even though it wasn’t so bad at street level. However, as already said, this was personal and some people may love it! Also, not anything to do with the hotel so was unsure whether to put this in the review or not. Despite this, we would most definitely look to come back again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The staff were helpful most especially the female receptionist.

The breakfast could be better as they have limited options

The breakfast was good. The balcony in the eating area was lovely - looking over the beautiful blue water.

The bed sheets were clean but the rest of the room was not attended to - floor dirty, ash tray on balcony not emptied, mirror and coffee table not wiped. There were ants in our room. The swimming pool is small and the water very cold ( unheated). The location along the water was poor - hotel right beside construction zone. Better to stay closer to the old town. Cost of stay did not match the quality of the entire experience. Said there was free parking across the street but same not available. When asked about this given a spot along the drive way to their underground parking. Could easily have been side swiped as all cars had to navigate around our car when entering and leaving. Hotel building shared with one other hotel and a casino.
