Right on the beach

There was no complimentary water/ tea or coffee in the room

The room was clean and cleaners were kind. Breakfast and beach were good.

Swimming pool is small and hotel is old.

Felt like a new build so it was super clean, bed and hotel bedroom in general were very good. The staff were always polite and courteous, the location was great - easy to walk into Budva itself as well as a nice stroll down the Becici area. Liked the allocation of daily towels for beach, getting a sun-bed was easy (not sure it will be when the hotel fills up though). Liked the indoor swimming pool and steam/ sauna room. A complimentary bottle of wine was provided which was very nice and appreciated.Breakfast was good.

A lot of building works going on so not always quiet and restful. There was no beach bar (it was being built). The indoor bar (called the aperitif bar) had no atmosphere at all, no ambiance, we would have liked to sit in it in the evening, but it wasn’t great so gave our business to other bars. Once all their work is completed and the paths and road at their end is complete, it should be great. I personally found the sun beds very uncomfortable - I have a bad back and there is only one setting which wasn’t great for me (fine for my younger adult sons.The outdoor pool was very cold (not used by many people) which was disappointing but we used the indoor pool every day.

I liked the fact that there are cats around and there is a private beach area.

The cleanness and the staff atitude needs to be completely changed. First of I don’t like that when I am peacefully having a breakfast and staff comes to ask my instagram and whatsapp number. Just because I try to be polite and I am alone doesn’t mean that I have a man back home and I simply may be single and don’t want that. Secondly the cleaning of my room is unacceptable. The cups I used are not getting cleaned I see the coffee stain all over it. The ashtray I used is not cleaned. And they say please do not let the furniture out in the balcony because it might get damaged- for the ashtray they stated that specifically. Where will I put my finished cigarettes? Throw them to the nature?? The cleaning staff put that cigarettes in my bin and didn’t empty the bin inside the room!!! As if they were trying to deliver a message that if I smoke my cigarettes will end up in the bin and we will not collect it and your room will smell of finished cigarettes. How is that acceptable? How can you leave my bin like that? How can you leave the coffee mug like that? I drink with milk and it creates bacteria. The bathroom is also not getting cleaned I can see the stains from a day before. And all drinks are priced! Even the coffee in my room is priced. There is no water bottle in room and I have to drink tap water but it is with clorine. I felt my body react to that. I had to have dinner one time in hotel but the coca cola or any other drink price is taken seperately. This hotel is already overpriced. The lady at the reception didn’t give me any brief other then the wifi usage and where my room is and staff is generally not friendly not helpful. Only the cleaning lady on 28th May thursday did a good job in cleaning that day.
