Hello Home Owner,
The property for general space and bed comfort, was pretty good. Deck area is nice and general facilities are great, close to beaches and golf course.
For the negative, ants everywhere, in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (bed), lawn needs mowing( long grass), and some fixtures need fixing, dish washing sponge wand needs replacing (its a breeding bacteria and gross). Food (cookies in the cupboard above the fridge left behind from previous renter dated 24 Nov.
Cleanliness of the property, for arrivals, can be improved.
Overall, 6.5 out of 10. Though, with some improvements, and maintenance, could be a much better rating and review.
Look forward to correspondence as we feel its important, to provide feedback.
