I've stayed hundreds of nights in booking.com and airbnb properties around the world - this one is by far my number 1. If this property is available, do not hesitate - book it. If you can have a holiday - or even better, in my case, working and having family there too - then there is nothing better than knowing your accommodation is absolutely amazing. Not only are the facilities and location incredible: comfy bed, huge bathroom, kitchen with everything you need in it, washing machine, air conditioners, sofas, swimming pool, garden, 5 min drive to Autodromo Imola, 2 mins to the big shopping centre, walk up the street to an amazing bakery and cafe, you can also walk into town, walk or cycle to the race track - but on top of all that, the hosts are just incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great stay, with little touches and things which were just so heartfelt, I honestly was grateful for booking this location. We felt like we had a new Italian family. There are those who are made for this world for making it a lovely place, and Mo&Ma definitely fall into that category. We are forever grateful for an incredible stay there and hope to see them again soon.

Absolutely everything was beyond perfect.

Gestori estremamente disponibili e gentili. Alloggio molto ampio e vivibile per tre persone. I gestori ci hanno fatto trovare qualcosa da mangiare per il benvenuto e la colazione per il giorno dopo. C’è l possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della proprietà.

Superb hosts - very helpful. Flat came with many of the little necessities so that on arrival we didnt need to immediately go shopping. Hosts very helpful in getting us to the centre of town. Flat is very spacious . Pool is enormous with its own facilities . Beds are comfy . Big fridge and freezer . Big washing machine, great laundry facilities .Supermarket/shopping mall is close . Quiet area with restaurant or two just a short walk, but do check the location will suit you.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati la proprietaria ci ha accolto con una gustosa merenda. Ci hanno offerto un passaggio all’autodromo, il tutto gratuitamente. La piscina, sempre aperta, è stata molto apprezzata da grandi e bambini.
