Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr gemütlich. Genau wie die Photos zeigen war die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, spricht für sich und trotzdem ist man in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. Entspannung pur. Wir waren zu Zweit und dafür ist das Appartement ideal. Wenn nur alle Appartements so wären. EMPFEHLUNG !
Eigentlich kann ich hierzu nicht viel sagen, da es uns durchweg sehr gut gefallen hat. Auf alle Umstände wie "Kein Fahrstuhl" oder parken mit extra möglichen Kosten wird ja explitzt hingewiesen....

Perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen.Fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Wohnung mit Balkon ist in Ordnung,alles was man braucht.
Nicht gerade einladend über den Hinterhof zu erreichen.Nebenan heruntergekommene Hausruine.Wohnung über Treppen zu erreichen,nicht für Gehbehinderte.Anstrengend auch für Ältere,Schwerbehinderte.

Die Wohnung war ruhig. Im Stadtgebiet ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Das 2.OG ist mit Gepäck eher ungünstig. Das Bad ist zu klein. Wenn man vor dem Haus parken will, kostet die Stunde 1€. Das ist noch ok, allerdings muss man alle 4 Stunden ein neues Ticket lösen.
