Loved the location and overall look of the home. Bedroom two had a really comfy bed and we loved the drying rack above the stairs.
We have already let the owner know these and he was great to deal with so hopefully gets them fixed quickly as it's a great home.
The master bed was noisy every time someone moved and hard. The second bedroom door couldn't be shut or it gets stuck shut. The toaster wasn't working either and the couch couldn't go up into a bed without falling down as the mechanism was broken. The shower head kept falling down as the slider part had a broken part that needed replacing.

Good colour scheme, everything was up to date and modern. Sofa and bed very comfortable. Very good location, train station was 5 minutes down the road. Lots of shops nearby. The street was nice and quiet. Bedroom was lovely and clean. All the applicants that you might need
The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better - there was lots of dried toothpaste behind the bathroom door. The tea and sugar pots were empty, and the coffee was gone as well - it looked like it had been in the pot for quite a while as it was an off colour.

Very clean and very quiet. Ideal base for a weekend stay - away from the city centre but easily accessible by bus or uber . John the land lord/ property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to contact with a query .

Very quiet location. The apartment was freshly decorated and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed that there was on-street charging for my EV. Great apartment for a short stay in Liverpool, with local train station close by.
Couple of suggestions - the toaster didn't work and the smaller bedroom could do with a new mattress. (These are suggestions to improve the accommodation.....I was very happy with the house overall.)
