The location and the layout of the property
Towels not being changed for the entire stay, no coffee pods for the coffee machine and electricity kept running out

The property is beautiful,well equipped and modern.
Went outside to take pictures which probably took 20mins max and made sure it’s before 18h00 but the neighbour complained about noise levels which I’m struggling to understand because music wasn’t even playing.We couldn’t even sit outside the whole stay because that means we had to whisper with fears of being kicked out.

The estate is well managed and very safe, with tight access control for peace of mind. The guards were more than friendly and helpful.
The unit could do with a sprucing up, the plants were dying, paint chipping and wall paper falling down. The ornaments outside for example had clearly seen better days. Some tender loving care would go a long way to bringing the beautiful property back to life.
