Beautiful cosy home!

Beautiful cosy home and the owner is so lovely! Silvana catered to our requests with a young baby and made us feel very welcome. There were a bowl of sweets on our arrival which was a really nice touch! She checked in whilst we were there to make sure all was okay. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

A Cosy Home indeed

The host was very accommodating. She always make sure that we felt comfortable specifically with the temperature of the place. She even shared a cake that she baked. All in all everything was great.

This accommodation was really great. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Nothing was missing here. Silvana was amazing, willing to advise and even brought us a great homemade dessert. I can definitely recommend staying here.

Everything we could have wished for.

One of the best accommodations we have visited, Very, very nice owner with her daughter, + we got tasty homemade pie. A little further away from the main tourist destinations (we were prepared for that), but still the location is in a beautiful area. Nearby is a market and restaurant.

We had 3 days very comfortable in this home....it was cleanfull, full of facilities and very helpful host....because we came in easter holidays she left us a bowl full of choclate eggs it was very welcoming....overall 10 /10 excellent! Thanks for everything

Rewelacja!

Cosy Home położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko pobliskich marketów i restauracji. Ok 15-20 min pieszo do centrum miasta Belluno. Samo miasto jest rewelacyjnym punktem wypadowym, będąc bez samochodu można liczyć na autobusy. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przytulne, komfortowe, w pełni wyposażone i czyste. Będąc autem można zaparkować na dziedzińcu zaraz pod domem. Nie było również żadnego problemu pobytu z pieskiem. Sama właścicielka, Silvana, niesamowita, ciepła osoba, zadbała o nas od A-Z, można było liczyć na jej pomoc, wskazówki, była z nami w kontakcie cały czas i piecze przepyszne ciasta! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt.

Host molto disponibile e gentile. Un nido, con ricordi con stile di una nonnina che è diventata anche un po' la mia❤️ Un altro bel ricordo da custodire con affetto.

Värmebölja i Italien

Lugnt område, väldigt trevlig värdinna. Bra skrivna lappar överallt. Nära till både restaurang och café (tobaksbutik)

Både google maps och Waze visade fel adress... Stod på gatan i 35min före värdinnan kom och hjälpte mig. Fanns ingen luftkonditionering utan fläkt kunde hämtas ifall man behövde. Spindlar i sovrummet. Väldigt känslig el, kunde inte ha mycket på tillika så for den (den kom på tillbaka efter några minuter)

Soggiorno perfetto!

Proprietari gentilissimi, massima attenzione nella cura di ogni dettaglio. Casa pulita ottimamente, biglietti con indicazioni in ogni punto della casa, attenzione anche verso eventuali animali domestici (coperta per farli stare sul divano!). La cucina (nuovissima) è completa di ogni comodità, lavastoviglie inclusa. La casa sembra sia stata arredata per viverci, non per affitti. Self check in con codice, in pratica i proprietari vengono solo per presentarsi agli ospiti... in due parole: soggiorno perfetto! Se dovessi immaginare l'ospitalità, non sarei così attento!

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è piccolino, ma ben curato e molto pulito, in 4 con 2 bimbe siamo stati benissimo. La zona è tranquilla, a 10-15 Min a piedi dal centro di Belluno e vicina a supermercati e ristoranti. Stefania è una host molto attenta e simpatica.

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento su booking perché vicino ad un luogo in cui dovevamo andare. Sinceramente è stato l'appartamento più pulito e curato di tutti quelli in cui ho soggiornato. Cura nei dettagli, informazioni sui servizi, disponibilità eccellente della Host Giuliana, appartamento silenzioso nonostante rimanga vicino alla strada. Vicino a tutti i servizi. Parcheggio esclusivo. Una vera chicca. Consigliato vivamente.

La struttura è molto bella mobili nuovi ,pulita e calda. Si trova a venti minuti a piedi dal centro, attorno hai tutto quello di cui hai bisogno;bar, supermercato,ristoranti e pizzerie.

Mieszkanie bardzo zadbane, czyste, gustownie urządzone. Apartament bardzo przytulny i przestronny, czuliśmy się w nim bardzo swojo. Łazienka duża i dobrze wyposażona, kuchnia również spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Gospodyni domu, Silvana to bardzo ciepła i serdeczna osoba, zawsze starała się nam wszystko objaśnić wnikliwie, służyła pomocą i radą przez cały nasz pobyt. Polecam wszystkim bardzo serdecznie:)
