Afytos Villa Pearl by Luxlikehome

The house has a great location — just a 10-minute walk and no need for a car to reach the beautiful Áfytos, which was really convenient for evenings where everyone could enjoy a drink in the taverna. It was also near the main road so all beaches on Kassandra were 20-30 minutes away, and there are big supermarkets 5-10 minutes away. The garden and balconies all have excellent views and there's always a place to find shelter from the elements. We did get a lot of neighbors in the complex over the weekend but it didn't feel too noisy or disruptive. The house was well-equipped, clean and tidy. There was even a separate fridge to store beers and large quantities of (BBQ) food. Almost every window had a mosquito net so we could have fresh air risk-free. Ioannis, the property manager, arrived promptly after us and gave us the keys and a house toor — our communication was quick and clear.

While we had a good time, we did notice a few details that could have been easily fixed, but weren't, which made a poor impression. For example, a broken shower shelf, or a bathroom door that couldn't close without being locked. The layout is a bit weird — a sofa bed in an ensuite room, a main bedroom without an ensuite, and a downstairs bedroom with a separate bathroom, so make sure you're comfortable sharing not only your bathroom, but your whole room with your next-door roommates if you're sleeping upstairs. On the top floor the only divider between the rooms is a piece of glass under the roof, so not ideal if there are snorers. Lastly, we got only one pair of keys for the house, which was a bit inconvenient at times. Again, overall these are very small details, and we really enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Perfect place to stay in Afitos with a beautiful view. One of the biggest advantages - there is a beach without any crowds and the water is much more clearer than on the beaches of Afitos BUT you need to go down on a long steep ladder (around 200 steps) in order to get there but an ordinary man will do that in 3-4 minutes, nothing special.

Not downsides but just an info: there are 2 bathrooms, one is on the first floor and its shared; but the other bathroom is on the second floor and the entrance is in the room (that was the smallest one) and it is not in the master bedroom (the biggest bedroom with that picturesque view), so if you stay in master room u must go down to the first floor. I think it should be a bit renovated, we came with friends and rented multiple villas and they've stayed in villas with more modern bathrooms, furnitures, devices etc. and they were even larger, however we paid the highest price for our villa (diamond). That is not a problem, just my opinion. But again, the location and views make it worth its money (but pls, add a microwave oven)
