The apartment was spacious enough, clean, nice balcony with a view. The property has a nice pool too. Property agent was professional and easy to contact, the reception guy was really helpful.

Big apartment, quiet, nice pool, location, very nice guy on check in and out, someone was always on email to fix any issue.

Wifi in the building didn't work on a couple of the days.

The flat is quite nice – spacious, with a modern bathroom and a great swimming pool on the ground level. The actual owner is very kind and helpful, assisting me in fixing most of the issues. Unfortunately, most of the communication, cleaning, and management is handled by an external agency, which is completely incapable.

Check-in: This was very disappointing. They asked me in advance about my arrival time, but when I arrived, no one was at the property. I texted and called, but no one responded. After waiting for about an hour, they finally texted to say the key was in a drawer in the lobby. They had completely forgotten about me. They also didn’t collect the deposit or check the electricity meter as described in the listing. A very poor experience considering the price. Equipment: The kitchen was poorly equipped at first, though they brought more items after I texted them. The hot water wasn’t working when I arrived, but they fixed it the next day. Cleanliness: The flat was in mediocre condition, with a lot of dust and a dirty table that I had to clean myself. I also had to wash most of the kitchen items before using them. The freezer was completely full of ice, so I spent the first two days defrosting and cleaning it. Location: Not great, but not terrible. I wouldn’t choose this location without a scooter, as most restaurants are 1–2 km away, and the nearest good beach is 2 km away. The closest beach is a fisherman’s beach, full of boats and busy fishermen. Lack of communication: In addition to the check-in issues, there were more problems. On the last day, a random person showed up claiming to collect money for electricity. No one informed me about this, nor did anyone walk me through the details. The external agency managing the flat provides completely amateur service. While the flat itself is nice and the owner is helpful, the poor management by the external agency significantly lowers the overall value.
