В целом все неплохо 7 из 10 В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень порадовала кузня, с техникой и всем необходимым. Отличное расположение, все рядом. Магазины, супермаркеты, рестораны, массажные салоны, рынки, очень много русских обожаю наш народ Арендодатель прекрасный человек, все объяснила, подсказала, скинула локации.
Не понравилась канализация которая расположена прям возле дома, отттуда собственно запах. Если выйти на бассейн, то через метр от него уже канализация, вонь мягко говоря не очень. Напор воды маленький и лилась то холодная, то слишком горячая, сама того не ожидая начала принимать контрастный душ.
